Je met à votre disposition un bel appartement calme (logement entier), rénové à neuf et très bien appréciés par les locataires. Il y'a un parking privé (en option payante) et sécurisé avec badge, situé à moins de 5 minutes à pieds de l'appartement. Petit espace vélo sécurisé.
- 2 chambres :
* Il y a une chambre (2 personnes) fermée avec porte équipée d'un lit double (draps, couvertures, essuies) + 2 tables de nuits, une grande garde-robe et objects de decoration.
* et une autre chambre (2 personnes) ouverte sans porte. Cette seconde chambre est ouverte et communicante avec l'autre chambre à travers une ouverture de fenêtre (voir sur les photos). Cette seconde chambre est donc cachée par un paravant seulement comme indiqué sur les photos. Elle est également équipée d'un lit double (paravent flexible) (draps, couvertures, essuies) et décoré par de beaux et précieux tableaux d'art de valeur.
Rappel: les deux chambres sont bien séparées par un mur et restent communicantes par une petite ouverture sans fenêtre (séparées par un store occultant) comme illustré sur les photos.
Cette deuxième chambre peut facilement être transformée en Bureau si besoin

- du centre ville (25 minutes à pied) ou 10 minutes en voiture ou 14 minutes en bus jusqu'à la GRAND PLACE
- Nature : À proximité (5 minutes) il y a deux grands et beaux parcs (Parc de forest et Parc Duden).
