We have a house situated in Ixelles where we have 5 flats on 5 different floors . Each floor has a seperate flat who comprise 3 private furnished rooms and a shared bathroom and a fully equiped kitchen .The rooms (+- 13 and +- 16 m2) comprise: bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, armchair, library, hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp (type Ikea, Trendhopper...).We provide also forks and spoons, pot and pans. Wireless internet is included in the rent.
We also have a washing machine and dryer in the house which is available for the tenants. The rooms are clean and pleasant, furnished in a practical way. General environment is convivial and sympathetic, the atmosphere is made by E.U.trainees and students of various European nationalities.
