We have 8 private new furnished rooms in duplex appartement over 2 floors, comprising hall, 2 bathroom shower and 2 toilets , a fully equipped kitchen sutuated on the groundfloor of the house and big furnished living room in common ont he second floor ; The attribution of the rooms is obviously tributary of the availabilities of the moment. The rooms (+- 12 m2) comprise: bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, wardrobe , hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp , curtains (type Ikea, ...).We provide also forks and spoons, pot and pans and a clean pillow and a duvet at your arrival .
Wireless internet is included in the rent. There is a laundry shop in the street and also some shops .
