This great duplex apartment is located in a beautiful typical Sevillian house which has beenrestored, between Santa Teresa Street and Santa Cruz Square. In the restoration carried out in 2018, it has been preserved as many original architectural elements as possible, and the result is an amazing space where our guests are able to enjoy absolute quiet with great comfort.
The entrance is through the floor below, where your guests will find the modern and fully equipped kitchen, and the dining table. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.50 * 1.90 m, and another one one with twin beds of 0.90*1.90, both with full bathrooms with shower en suite. The living room is very bright thanks to a skylight and a window overlooking the Giralda. And the best thing about the apartment is, without a doubt, the magnificent terrace with solarium and shallow pool (open from April to September) to cool off while enjoying the views of the neighborhood of Santa Cruz and the Giralda.
The surroundings of the apartment are unique, Santa Teresa Street and Plaza de Santa Cruz are two of the most beautiful streets in Santa Cruz quarter, full of History and tradition. Close to the apartment there are small traditional bars where our guests are able to taste the best tapas in the city, small shops and endless places to visit. From the entrance door we access a distributor with two small staircase, one up and another down. Upon climbing, we find a beautiful living room, decorated in detail and with quality furniture.
