Upon entering the apartment we find a corridor that leads to the 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has 2 single beds 0.90 x 2 m, wardrobes and a full en-suite bathroom with a shower. The next bedroom has a double bed 1.50 x 2 m, wardrobes and a balcony. At the end of the corridor, we find the last bedroom, with 2 single beds 0.90 x 1.90 m and wardrobes.
Next to the stairs, there is the second full bathroom with a shower.
Going up the stairs we access the upper floor, where the living-dining room is located, a spacious room with a sofa, Smart TV and dining table with capacity for 6 people. From the living room we can go out to the terrace, which has 2 sun loungers to enjoy the good sevillian weather, and an outdoor table with capacity for 6 people. From the terrace we can admire the views of the historic streets of the traditional neighborhood of Santa Cruz.

This is a very well tasted and stylish apartment, located on the ground floor in a historic building between Santa Teresa Street and Santa Cruz Square. In the restoration of the House carried out in 2018 all the possible original architectural elements have been conserved and a unique space has been created where the guest will be able to enjoy calm atmosphere with all the comfort.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed of 1.50 m and en suite bathroom with shower, the another one has two individual beds of 0.90 m, and the third bathroom with shower is located right in front of this bedroom. There is a beautiful living room overlooking the Gardens and the Plaza de Santa Cruz, with a small balcony where our guest will be able to sit, and a modern fully equipped kitchen.
