Questa Student House a Siviglia è una nuova residenza nel campus Reina Mercedes e molto facile da raggiungere dalle altre università di Siviglia.
Residenza accogliente dall'estetica moderna e urbana. Le camere di design con bagno privato e cucina sono perfette per lo studio e per la vita in città. Pensione completa, dal lunedì al venerdì. Le camere vengono pulite e le lenzuola e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati una volta alla settimana.

El piso es muy luminoso y cuenta con salón, cocina, baño y 3 habitaciones.
La zona es muy tranquila y está bien comunicada con diferentes líneas de autobús. A pocos minutos andando de lugares como la plaza de la Encarnación (Las Setas) o la plaza de la Alfalfa.
