Right at the heart of St-Gilles this beautiful house also has an amazing courtyard with barbecue, a tv room and a gym.
The kitchen is as usual equipped with our signature cabinet that includes a fridge, cutlery, pans and pots and dishware.
Room 11 in (hidden)e house is located on the third floor courtyard side and partly under the roof.
It has a private bathroom and toilet in the attic.

Plusieurs chambres dans un immeuble d'étudiants et de stagiaires (environ 10 personnes) proche de l'ulb, vub et autres écoles et proche des transports en commun (notre arrêt est "eglise saint antoine") pour aller vers les entreprises. La cuisine est à partager entre 5 locataires et bien meublée (grille-p(hidden)ouilloire, grand frigo avec chacun sa planche, grand congélateur avec chacun son tiroir, armoires et tiroirs à couvert, four). Les douches et les wc sont à partager entre 3. Tout est propre. Les kots sont meublés, internet inclus. Mise à disposition d'un fer à repasser, table à repasser, aspirateur et nécessaire de nettoyage+machine à laver (payante)+fil à linge. L'ambiance avec les autres locataires est conviviale, studieuse et agréable. Une femme de ménage vient 2 fois par semaine pour nettoyer les communs. Ainsi, cela reste toujours impeccable!
