Precedentemente posseduto dall'artista belga Armand Massonet, l'edificio ristrutturato di questo appartamento con 1 camera da affittare in Rue de la Source è unico e spettacolare. Un dettaglio eccentrico, ma il tuo WC è situato sulla scalinata che porta al tuo appartamento. Ha una TV a schermo piatto, però! I dettagli originali come pavimenti in legno, radiatori di ferro e camini (anche se decorativi) sono stati conservati. Tuttavia, tutto è contemporaneo, caldo e confortevole. La spaziosa camera da letto ha un piccolo balcone con vista sulla strada e un'altra piccola stanza con una scala a un letto matrimoniale in un soppalco. Tuttavia, qui c'è una scrivania e una sedia, in modo da poter utilizzare lo spazio come ufficio. C'è un lavandino doppio nel bagno e una bella vasca grande.
