Fully furnished 85 sqm apartment with two bedrooms. The bedrooms both have two singe beds. The beds can be separated and if requested it can be replaced by bunk beds. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove (gas), fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, dishwasher and more. The apartment has both heating and air conditioning and is well isolated with double glazing. High speed internet, cable TV, TV stereo and home cinema system and laundry facilities are all available in the apartment.
Note : the apartment is conceived as a "loft" form, so no doors, the only room with a door is the bathroom. All te rest is open space!
The apartment is located in Ixelles. Ixelles is a neighborhood with character and style, wildly popular in the expatriate community. The apartment is at walking distance of the European Parliament and Shuman square. It is closely located to train and bus stops that bring you to the city center in 20 minutes.

More than 1 person: +50 euros/month/person excluding utilities.

Les environs sont très intéressants, parcs et centres sportifs sont tout près, ainsi que le centre ville et le quartier européen ne sont pas loin. Avec le tram 4 on arrive directement à la Grand place et au quartier de la Bourse. Avec le tram 82 la gare du midi est à 20 min, d'où on peut prendre le train pour l'Aéroport de Zaventem ou le bus pour celui de Charleroi.
Le quartier nait comme bourgeois est paisible, fait de maisons autrefois de campagne et maintenant de ville, on y vit très bien à la fois calme et plein d'activité à faire. Il y a des supermarchés (ALDI, Colruyt, Carrefour) des salles de gym et piscines (Basic Fit, Nemo, piscine de Longchamps). Des très beau parcs ne sont pas loi: Woevendal, Bempt, Huizingen.
