1 room duplex apartment to rent - 3 weeks/month you will have the apartment by yourself 1 week/month will be shared with me. Location: quiet residential neighborhood near the lakes of Ixelles, Flagey market bars and restaurants, VUB, ULB "cimitière d'Ixelles", European Parliament and forest Bois de la Cambre all few minutes away. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator: has two rooms: one outside small (that I occupy one week per month), and one big room above with 30 sqmt, with a walk-in-closet and plenty of storage space. The apartment is very bright and has a sunset over the Palais de Justice. Open kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, and furnished living room with beautiful wooden floors. The bathroom has a bathtub, enough space for drying clothes, a washing machine, wc and sink. Me: 40y'o After living 14 years in Brussels (in this same apartment) , I now work remotely in Lisbon, and come to Brussels one week per month for work. I speak English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, a bit of Dutch and German.
