The room is furnished with a bed, a desk+chair and a wardrobe. Each room can be locked seperately. There is a shared, fully equipped kitchen, 2 shared bathroom with showers and toilets.
The contract for the room is for 3 years but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2-months notice.
The rent is EUR 330,- pr month plus an additional EUR 60,- per month for utilities (heating, electricity, internet). So in total it is EUR 390,-
The deposit is EUR 780,-
There are no pets allowed and also no smoking inside the apartment.
