The apartment “ISI” is located in the 5th district of Vienna, Hollgasse (ground floor) and easily reachable by public transportation.
The modern and fully furnished apartment with a size of 43m2, has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, an anteroom, a bathroom (bathtub and washing machine) and a WC.
The apartment is designed with artworks of Iskren Iliev.
All rates include the stay of max. two persons, the minimum stay is 1 month.
From 3 months and 1 day there is no local tax.
The apartment is very very big, renovated, has a big bath room with two double-washbasin, a shower, a bathtub. Then a big modern kitchen an even a big living room. There are two sleeping rooms:
Room 1: double bed, wardrobe, big writing desk
Room 2: double bed, walk-in wardrobe, small writing desk
Room 3: living room, big sofa, piano
Kitchen: modern equipped
Dining room: table for 6 persons

This nice Viennese flat in the 7th, the hippest of all Viennese disticts, "Neubau".

The house is orderly, neat and bright. My flat is on third floor served by escalator.
room: This room is equiped with a stylish and comfortable double bed with white leather decoration, a couch, which is covered with white linen tissue, a small computer-table, book shelf, two spacey wardrobes.
No regular car-traffic in front of that room due to pestrian zone!
Equipped with silencing new double glas- shielded windows this room measures about 17 sq meters space!
surrounding: Vienna main railwaystation is off just 1 metro stop and Vienna central traffic cross Karlsplatz 3 stops. You do not even have to change metro-line, just hop in U1- metro and hop off U1 at Karlsplatz.
