With all our tenants and also our alumni tenants we organize summer BBQ events at the Danube and different parties, sport events like skiing in the alps and a lot more events. The entire apartment is only for you, none of the rooms are shared. There is only one neighbour (right) but you don't hear them because they are not in town very often, so technical you don't have any neighbours. So it's very quiet and personal. In the courtyard downstairs there is a table and chairs, so in summer you can chill outside even there is no direct entry from the apartment, you have to go downstairs.
