This lovely little apartment has the following furniture included: a bedcouch, a table & 2 chairs, a warderobe and a mini kitchen with fridge, freezer and a cooking plate. It is very close to Wien Meidling Philadelphiabrücke (metro line U6), various trams and buses are right in front of the house.
You've got grocery shopping just around the corner, a park and restaurants nearby as well as doctors, schools and a kindergarden. Other bars and cultural activities are within walking distance.
All major universities are easily reached via public transport.
The minimum rental period is 10 months. Then you are free to decide if you want to stay for a longer time. Indefinite living is also possible if you want.
Meidling is the 12th district of Vienna and is located southwest of the city center. The Meidlinger Markt is located on Niederhofstraße, in addition to market stalls and gastronomy there is also a farmers' market with rural goods. At the southern end of Meidlinger Hauptstraße is the Arcade Meidling shopping center, whose upper floor is used by a branch of the Vienna libraries and a music school.
The rent includes, among other things, water costs, elevator maintenance, garbage disposal or house cleaning. The amount of the rent - if you stay longer than 1 year - can be adjusted to inflation.
The deposit is either to be transferred until the keys are handed over or to be brought in cash. In case of cash payment you will receive an invoice on site.

Due to my travel to Thailand, I wanna subrent my room for 3 months (shorther or longer its open for discussion :) or long term with full take over also possible ) The room has around 14 square meters, parquet floor and 4 m high ceiling, so it is very spacious and very cozy, with a great view of the city. Its free from 1st of August, for subrent until November :)
The apartment is located in an Altbau, but is completely renovated. The total rent is 700 € (this amount really includes everything, i.e. internet, electricity, water, etc.) In the apartment there is one bathroom with shower and bath and toilet, 1 toilet with laundry room, 1 kitchen and 1 living room and also a balcony.
The apartment is located in the 4th district, close to the Technical University, Karsplatz and Naschmarkt. All supermarkets such as Spar, Billa and Hofer are a 5-minute walk away. There are also many cafés, bars and restaurants in the area. The underground is also just a short walk away, the U1 is 5 min. and the U4 10 min. Also many tram and bus stops 3-10 minutes from the apartment. To the main city center its around 20 min. walk.
It's a 3er WG, currently 1 guy and 2 girls. Germany, Luxembourg and Austria. We all get along very well. It's a good combination of work-student apartment. We all have really different schedules but we always talk or hang out together when there is a chance :)
