Beautiful, spacious, five-room apartment in an old building in Vienna's best location. Embassy district.
180 m2 including terrace
Very large living room with conservatory and fireplace.
Study, dining room, children's room and very large bedroom fully furnished.
In addition, there is a large entrance hall, two toilets, a bathroom, a kitchen and a storage room.
The old building apartment has been renovated to a high standard and the windows are new and in the Art Nouveau style. There is no noise pollution either at the front or at the back. The entire floor forms one unit. There are two entrance doors.
Both on the terrace, from the bedroom and from the conservatory you look into a beautiful forest and garden that has been created around this apartment, which is the center of attention and is located on the Beletage.
This is the only private house with only two floors. And because the apartment with two entrances takes up the entire floor, you only have two neighbors. All the other houses have 3-5 storeys. The house is 150 years old. The plane tree in the courtyard is even older. The forest goes through to the other street.

The neighbor has also moved out. the apartment is completely renovated the windows are insulated and redesigned and look like the original windows. In the bedroom there is a new ceiling fan above the designer bed by Dieter Knoll. The second bed is a handmade wooden board with tatami mats on top and a 30 cm thick comfort mattress. There is a second leather couch in the dining room. The large leather couch in the living room offers maximum comfort and can be folded out.
As the apartment will be completely cleared of private belongings by arrangement, we are looking for long-term tenants.
You can walk to the city center in 5 minutes.
