In an area characterized by typical Brussels houses, at the ground floor of a very quiet maison de maître, this independent 50 m2 apartment is fully furnished and equipped (really evrything you may need) . The antique and design furniture offers a unique sensation to be at home. At the entrance, a nice antique writing desk and bookshelf in a niche is comfortable to study/work at home. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped (new dishwasher, new washing machine, oven, microwave, new fridge, new freezer, etc...) with a large dining table and windows on the square. The separated bedroom is equipped with a a new 140*200 bed, armchair, closets, Smart TV/Sat, bookshelves, and it has large door/windows with access to the terrace garden. The terrace is partially covered by a transparent roof, it is furnished, and it has a barbecue installed. From the bedroom, a door opens in the large bathroom with WC, closets, window and a good rain shower. The apartment has been partially renovated in December 2024, adding better and stronger heating, wooden floor, new smart tv, wall painting and luminaries.
Our guests are usually professionals or PhD students. Occupancy is appropriate for one person only. However, occasional visitors can be allowed prior authorization. Two occupants (a couple, for instance) can adjust to the space too (additional utilities fee 180eur/month).
The apartment has its own washing and drying machine, new iron and ironing table, vacuum cleaner, and other appliances/equipment.
Free Wi-Fi and Lan are all over (Fiber high speed), perfect for home working.
The apartment is no smoking. No pets are allowed. No parties are allowed.

C'è un'ottima atmosfera nella nostra collocazione; viviamo insieme, un medico dal Belgio, un giornalista dall'Irlanda e un responsabile dello sviluppo aziendale dalla Francia. Ora stiamo cercando il nostro quarto. **DETTAGLI:** -Completamente rinnovato, completamente nuovo e completamente arredato: cucina completamente attrezzata, lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, piano cottura a induzione, forno, aspiratore, frigorifero con congelatore, tostapane... -5° ed Ultimo Piano (con Ascensore) in un Residence con vista tranquilla e spettacolare. Soffitti alti e stanza luminosa. Abbiamo anche un balcone fantastico, accogliente e soleggiato. -Abbiamo una bellissima atmosfera nella nostra collocazione; viviamo insieme, un medico dal Belgio, un giornalista dall'Irlanda e un responsabile dello sviluppo aziendale dalla Francia. Mentalità super internazionale, super accogliente e basata solo su vibrazioni positive. Rispettiamo anche la calma e la tranquillità reciproca. Regole della casa: Pulizia, No animali, No fumatori, No feste in casa per rispetto degli altri. -Il proprietario abita nella proprietà. - La fermata dell'autobus 36 Schuman / Konkel è di fronte all'appartamento. Puoi andare in centro città in qualsiasi momento senza aspettare. >> 1 minuto a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana Thieffry. >> A 10 minuti a piedi dalla Commissione Europea. >> 8 minuti a piedi dal Parco del Cinquantenario / stazione della metropolitana Merode. >> Vicino a tutti i negozi, bar, ristoranti e tutte le attività. -Nessuna commissione di agenzia.
