We rent beautiful, sunlit, and comfortable apartments inside a 3-family house in Witikon, situated in an exceptionally peaceful area on a dead-end street adjacent to the forest. The bus stop connecting to the main station (Zurich HB) is a mere 250m away, and for those who prefer to drive, we offer both parking facilities and an EV charger. ALDI, Denner, and Migros supermarkets are just 280m away in a nearby shopping mall.
Our apartments have been renovated and boast modern amenities including an induction kitchen, a bathroom with a Geberit toilet/bidet, and a luxurious jacuzzi-type bathtub for your relaxation. Every apartment includes two balconies: one with a view of the lake and the other positioned behind the kitchen.
Our house is situated in Luegete, just a 20-minute drive from the Main Station (Zurich HB). Zurich Kloten Airport is 14.5 km away and can be reached within 30 minutes by car. The Inter-Community School Zurich in Zumikon is located 6.0 km away, and our street is served by their bus service.
We have extensive experience hosting relocating families while they search for a new home. You can register your address with us and conveniently receive mail from the city.
Have a look at our 7th floor penthouse apartment in district 5, right by the central train station - completed in 2023. It includes a spacious modern living room including kitchen and dining room, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Additionally there are 2 balconies and a stunning rooftop overlooking the whole city. All rooms are furnished with minimalistic high-quality furniture.
We recommend the apartment for a single person, couple or couple with one small child, as the second bedroom is only equipped with a children's bed.
The room is situated in a four room apartment. Furnished with high end box spring bed and antique furniture, art nouveau lamps (1910's) Biedermeier walnut tables (1870's), antique mirrors, chandelier (1930's). The walls have charming wooden covers, the room is flooded with light and has a large wardrobe. The kitchen is well equipped, furnished with all you need. The flat is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood, even though it's only 450 m from Zurich HB.

Jana from Prague is a postdoc in Philosophy and Ethics of Technology and AI, Tom from Berlin, is a post-Doc in Botanics and a very experienced global adventurer, Izzy has her own start-up in Medical Tourism. All are in their late thirties to mid forties.
The ideal flatmate is mature, opinionated, experienced and interested in contributing to a lively and cosy home, appreciated as a place of encounter and discussion. The accommodation is a view steps to shopping, a 10-minute walk to the Opera House and just across the road from the lakeside area. The apartment is fully equipped including flat screen TV and WiFi. The bed sofa in the living room provides additional space for guests. Household appliances such as microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer are available. The kitchen is equipped with the usual utensils such as pots, pans, dishes and cutlery.
