The costs for using the laundry machine is 3€ per use and for the drying machine 2€ per use. A weekly cleaning is includes, new towels and linen are provides every 3 days. Final cleaning service is also included in the rate. At the location you can also find a cozy restaurant. Having breakfast to start up your day, share lunch with a friend or end the day with a dinner is all possible. Whether you are visiting Amsterdam for business or pleasure, relax and unwind at the sauna. The in-house sauna uses infrared heaters, offers showers as well as relaxing chairs. Another special of this apartment is the in-house fitness studio. It is free of charge and opens daily from 7am till 11pm. Even though you are far away from home, you can still work out. The deposit will be charged to the credit card available upon arrival and will be released after the apartment has been inspected.We are not able to allow cash deposits, only credit and debit card payments possible. Please note that the price is inclusive of 9% VAT and is exclusive of the local city tax.
