URGENTLY LOOKING FOR FEMALE ROOMMATE to take over my contract! Available with Gemeente registration, starting 1 July 2024 (a few days earlier on the weekend is also possible). You will be sharing the apartment with a Romanian lady in her 30s, who works at a Dutch bank in the Zuidas. She only works from home on Friday, so most of the week you have the apartment to yourself. Definite contract until (hidden) year, 3 months). Minimum stay of 8 months (therefore possibility to move out in February 2025). Polderweg (near Oosterpark), shopping center and gym (Trainmore) located right behind the apartment building, direct access from basement to Albert Heijn. 3 mins walk to Tram Oostpoort, 5 mins walk to Tram Linnaeustraat, 8 mins walk to Train Station Amsterdam Muiderpoort.
