Being like a ‘house within a house’, the window looks onto the interior face of the façade of the building allowing for fresh air and natural light to enter. At the main entrance of this elegant building you’ll find a quiet working desk you can use at any time. THE DECORATION Simplicity and practicality are embraced in a lovely, contemporary setting. In this apartment, you will love the thoughtful design and the handmade décor touches, like the hand-woven textile (made by a lovely mother, Toula), and the vintage frames selected from the surrounding antique shops. THE AREA Enviably located in the most vibrant and diverse neighborhood of the city, this modern studio is well-served by the many different traditional and modern shops and cafes in the area. You are also surrounded by some of Athens’ most popular spots – just moments away from Monastiraki Flea market, next to Thiseio and the archeological sites, and a short walk away from the buzzing Gazi. Some exceptions are made. Please contact us in writing form (we may have a great idea too). - Quiet hours are from 15:00 to 17:.30 and from 22:00 to 07.30 every day of the year (state law). - Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the (hidden), even close to an open window. You may smoke only by going outside of the apartment, on your private or shared terrace. - Security deposit for the high season May - October is 800euros.
