The apartment has an open-plan living room and a separate kitchen, offering a welcoming atmosphere to relax and prepare your meals. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances, making it easy to cook your favorite dishes or simply make a cup of coffee to enjoy on the apartment's private balcony. Climate Resilience Tax Greece has introduced a new tax for all tourists staying in Greece called the ‘Climate Resilience Tax’ and consequently, visitors will pay a “climate crisis resilience fee” for bookings under 59 days are considered short term leasings.
