At 30 meters in the direction of Milan, there is the public bus stop n. 560 e n. 566, a little further the tram n. 12, in 30 minutes it takes you to the Politecnico Milano Bovisa (route map in the photos), then continues its itinerary passing through the center of Milan. The apartment is located near the main motorway junctions in the north of the city and the nearby Milano Certosa station, where using the Passante Ferroviario in 5 minutes you arrive at the next Milano Villapizzone station positioned very close to the Polytechnic of Bovisa, or continuing to connect with several locations towns and subway lines. The comfortable and bright rooms with lock contain the wardrobe, desks with lamp, solid wood beds and slats with comfortable mattresses, bedside table with lamp, 32 "LED TV, air conditioning, mini fridge, bed linen and towels. A security deposit of € 550 to be paid on your arrival. It will be returned at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the apartment or its furnishings. The rent of the room of € 480 per month includes: utilities (water, electricity, gas) WI-FI, condominium fees, waste tax, bed set and bathroom set. Attention if the consumption of water, electricity and gas exceeds the budgeted amount, an Extra contribution will be requested. At Check in you will only pay € 120 once, to cover contract registration costs, final cleaning and maintenance costs.
