The living room has access to a sunny outdoor terrace of about 10m2 ideal for enjoying the privileged climate of the city. The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary utensils and appliances such as a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with a bathtub.
