9 Apartment for rent in Barcelona: A 14 sq.m. exterior room with a double bed and access to a shared terrace overlooking the Parc de la Ciutadella. The room has a double bed, desk, wardrobe and everything needed to live, such as sheets. The rent includes all expenses and services described later in the text. The minimum accepted rental stay is 32 nights. We do not accept tourist stays under any circumstances. We only accept medium-long term stays for students and young professionals for residential use. Contract lengths range from 32 days to 6 months, and you can make as many contract extensions as you wish for successive periods of up to 6 months each. The tenant must pay a deposit of €1,000 that will be returned at the end of the contract, deducting €300 as a non-refundable service fee (service fees and administrative expenses).
