On the 4th floor of a quiet backside house, it was recently renovated and is full of light, even in winter. We took special care to showcase the work of young or cult designers we like, as you can see in the materials and colors used to transform this living space. We wanted to give it a “feel good” vibe. The apartment has a brand new white lacked kitchen, and all you need to cook gastronomic or on-the-go meals: an oven, dishwasher. It comes equipped with Limoges porcelain ware, French iconic glasses, sharp ceramic knives, and of course, an espresso and cappuccino maker. The apartment offers a large double bed, roomy closets, a wash-dryer, a flatscreen LED-TV with cable featuring international channels, and free wifi (100Mb). About the Neighbourhood: Our lovely apartment is nestled in the highly-prized area of Bötzowviertel in Prenzlauerberg, Quarter of the former East Berlin. Old-timers and newcomers appreciate its mix of urban bustle and suburban-style calm, in a neighbourhood thriving with boutique workshops, shops and restaurants – all close to the property. It is just a short walk to two different tram lines, one taking you to Alexanderplatz in less than 10 minutes. If you book this apartment, the following rules apply: If your starting date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month rent is due. If your starting date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. No smoking apartment. Please Note: The rental deposit is two month's rent. If we accept you as a tenant please deliver the following documents within 7 DAYS: proof of enrolment at your school/university, a bank statement which proves sufficient funds available to pay the rent, a work contract is also suitable. If we do not receive the documents within 7 days after you have completed the payment we will cancel the booking via HousingAnywhere and claim the first month according to their Terms&Conditions. If the move in date is within these 7 days we need the documents 24 hours before move-in at the latest.
