The apartment comes with a living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen (a dishwasher, a large fridge, an oven, a microwave, etc.). The apartment even comes with a nice balcony to relax on. You can find the apartment on the 2nd floor in a classical building, without an elevator. There is a washing machine present and air conditioning in the living room. Our flats are rented without bed linen and duvet (except if we have agreed differently in particular conditions). UTILITIES: - All our apartments include a basic WIFI - Utility costs will be based on consumption. We will provide a report on your consumption every month and based on that will depend on how much you have to pay for the utilities. - Payment of utilities will be arranged monthly and we (the property manager) will pay the utility companies. The monthly service charge shown in the listing (33 EUR/ 12,500 HUF) is to cover the management of all utility contracts. IMPORTANT: - Our agency fee of 300 EUR is a one-time administration payment when you sign the contract. - This apartment can be rented out by a group of students or working professionals.
