The Flat: The flat consists of one bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet and an open-plan kitchen, dining- and living room. It is really bright, the living room has a huge window facing the street (west) and the bedroom window is facing the inner yard (east). The bedroom furniture consists of a queen size bed (160x200 cm), a huge wardrobe and a desk with an office chair. The bathroom has a bathtub with a new bathtub screen, a toilet, a sink, a new wall cabinet and a washing machine. The water taps were replaced recently. The dining area has an extendable table with 6 chairs. The living room has a sofa (which can be transformed to a 140x200 cm double bed), custom made, designer cupboards and bookcases. The two turntables, the vinyl collection and the mixer will find a new home, therefore they are not part of the suite. There are two new hammock chairs hanging from the ceiling - a perfect, cozy place for reading, relaxing or watching a movie. The hi-fi, the projector and the flat TV can stay in the flat (on demand). The kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring-cooker, an oven, a fridge (with a freezer), a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. Please note that microwave and dishwasher are not available. This summer, the flat was painted and air conditioning (with Wi-Fi connection) was installed. The heating system got a new (Wi-Fi connected) control unit. The sofa and the double bed have a new cover and additionally the bed has a new mattress protector. Most of the lamps got replaced. The house connects Horánszky street (utca) with Mária street (utca). It has three staircases, with their own lifts, and two inner yards with flower beds at the partition-wall. At the top of the staircase 'A' there is a rooftop terrace which the tenants can use. It offers some garden lounge furniture, a great view to the roofs of Pest and a grill. There is a two story underground garage beneath the building. A great advantage of the house is its location. Three metro lines (M2, M3, M4), many important tram lines (4, 6, 47, 49, ...) and bus lines (5,7,9,100E, ...) can be reached within a 5-10 minutes’ walk. The rent excludes bills (electricity, water, heating, common cost, internet, etc.) It can vary between roughly 120 and 180 Euro based on the individual consumption. Everything (electricity, water and heating) has its own meter. The minimum tenancy of the contract is 12 months with the option of extension. The contract would require 2000 Euro as deposit and 3 month period of notice in case of contract termination.
