The apartment features a spacious living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and bright single-bed rooms starting at €380/month. To join, we require a minimum stay of three months, a one-month deposit, and payment of the first month’s rent upon entry (or a proportional amount). Sharing the flat means living with friendly, fun, and entrepreneurial housemates who enjoy socializing, having drinks, or watching a series together. Conveniently located near universities and the metro, the apartment offers easy access to Valencia’s center and everything you need to live comfortably. ARRIVAL SCHEDULE Monday to Friday -From 15:00 to 18:00 → No additional cost. -From 18:00 to 20:00 → Subject to staff availability and with a cost of 30€. -After 20:00 → Must be coordinated in advance and has a cost of 50€. Saturday -From 11:00 to 13:00 → No additional cost. -Outside these hours → Must be previously coordinated, and has a cost of 30€. Sunday Must be arranged in advance IMPORTANT -A person will be sent to deliver the keys. -Once the arrival time is agreed, there will be a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes. -If you can not arrive at the scheduled time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. Courier forwarding (in case of not arriving at the agreed time): -20€ until 18:00 -30€ until 21:00 -50€ after 21:00 Thank you for your understanding !!️ Please note: - Bed linen and towels are not included. However, you can purchase a package from us with brand-new bed linen and towels for €90. This will include 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover and pillow cover, 1 body towel, and 1 hand towel. You can also purchase used bedlinen from us for €50 and we will wash and disinfect them for you. - If you don't purchase the package, you must bring these items yourself. The measurements for the bedlinen are 90x190 for a single bed and 140x190 for a double bed.
