It is a super bright and spacious house and has a huge living room completely outside but is very well insulated because you do not hear any noise from the street inside the house. The jewel of this wonderful house: a garden area surrounded by nature, an outdoor terrace with different seating areas, a barbecue to enjoy in your free time with your new companions and a very large communal pool and ideal for summer! fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, a complete mixer and all utensils for cooking and eating. It also has a washing machine to do your laundry whenever you want in the most comfortable way. The house has air conditioning in the living room so that everyone can enjoy it. It also has heating in all rooms and common areas. The house is located 10 minutes walk from the Bellaterra train stop that connects Barcelona center with a train frequency every 10 minutes. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy. ⬅ If you leave: - Between the 1st and 9th days of each month, you will pay per day.
