82 Hi everyone :) I’m Marie, 28 years old and I work as a UX designer at SAP France. I am looking for a calm roommate in my 82qm flat in Clichy where I live with my Pomsky Noam starting 6th of August. The room is 14qm with a big bed and closet, also has space for a table. The building was recently constructed and offers a large garden with a bicycle garage. The apartment is on the 7th floor with elevator and interphone. The kitchen and living room are common areas. The apartment offers an equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The bathroom and toilet are separate. There is also a large balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower. My closet is in the third room but this room can be easily used for any guest visits. All extra charges (internet, heating and electricity) are included. The deposit is €900. Nearby are line 13 (Mairie de Clichy), line L (Clichy-Levallois) and line 3 (Pont de Levallois) which take you to the center in 10 minutes. There is also a Velib station right outside the door and the previous roommate left an electric bike that will be usable for you until the end of the year. Clichy is a calm and safe place. Close by (2 min walk) is a large green park (Parc des Impressionnistes) and the Seine. Happy to spend some time together as well like walks with Noam, cooking dinner or just having a chat but not a must if you are a private person.
