There are two spaces that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen Smart TV and a dining table and chairs. The flat comes with a high-speed Wi-Fi connection so you can stay in touch with family and friends, check your emails or stream your favorite shows and find that work-life balance. The loft has two fully equipped kitchens, each with a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, refrigerator, stove, Cookworks coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave and more. Dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and cooking utensils are provided as well. The flat comes with two clothes washing and drying machines. A vacuum, broom, mop and cleaning supplies are also available in the apartment. The property is heated throughout the winter months with electric heating.
Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground level, facing the street, furnished with double beds. The other two bedrooms are located on the lower level of the loft, one furnished with a queen size bed and the other with a double bed. All bedding and linens are provided and professionally laundered. This property best suited for 6 tenants but can host up to 8 guests. The flat has two bathrooms accessible via the hallway. The first is located on the ground level and furnished with a shower toilet and sink. The second bathroom is located on the lower level and is outfitted with a bathtub/shower, toilet and sink. You will find a small sample soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels to start off your stay, as well as bath towels for the number of guests.

Be sure to shop at Le Bon Marché and in the beautiful covered markets of Le Marché Saint Germain. Within walking distance of the apartment are the must-see Luxembourg Gardens, perfect for a morning jog, afternoon picnic or sunset stroll. The River Seine is also within walking distance so you can go to the Louvre or Notre Dame easily on foot. The Latin Quarter is a stone’s throw away with sights such as La Sorbonne and the newly refurbished Pantheon. Visit Le Marais district for shopping and dining on Sunday while the rest of the city is at rest. With its close proximity to Metro station, Saint-Michel Notre-Dame (Line 4, RER B & C) , accessing other areas of the capital is extremely easy. Just hop on the Metro to reach the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! The RER train station Saint Michel-Notre Dame is a short walk away and gives access to Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports.
