1.5 room apartment with a big balcony in a quiet and calm neighbourhood in Østerbro. When you enter the apartment, you come into the little entryway, where you can hang your coat and put your shoes, before you enter the big main (living) room of the apartment. The apartment is fully furnished, with a couch (that pulls out to a bed), coffee table, big desk with possible extensions, a TV with a Chromecast, 2 dressers, a bed, chairs, drying rack (for clothes), towels, bed linens, and balcony furniture. There are excellent shared washing facilities on site, or a laundromat a 5 min walk away if you prefer that. There is a sizeable bathroom with a separate shower cubicle and lots of storage space. The kitchen is also fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, blender, and of course, plates, cups, cutlery, pots and pans etc. There is a small separate bedroom with one of the dressers, full body mirror, bed, as well as a hanging rod for extra clothes. There is a communal yard with grass, seating areas, and a small playground for children, as well as communal basement storage for bikes etc. The apartment has an amazing location with parks, the beach, public transport, and supermarkets all within close reach. It's an 8 min walk both to the big and beautiful Fælledparken, as well as to the metro stop Vibenshus Runddel, which will take you straight into the center of Copenhagen. Other public transportation options include bus stops just around the corner, a 5 min walk away for the more popular buses, as well as two s-trains: Svanemøllen station a 15 min walk away, and Ryparken a 10 min away. Svanemøllen beach is also accessible just a 25 min walk away if you fancy a swim in the ocean, or an 8 min bike ride away, and there are 5 different chains of supermarkets available close by (8 in total), the furthest one being an 8 min walk away. There is a gym right across the street, an organic bakery beside that, as well as a pharmacy 5 mins walk away.
