Double interior room, very spacious, very quiet, perfect to study. It has a private bathroom to be used only by the students who occupies it. Completely furnished: two single size beds, a very big built-in wardrobe, shelf, desk, desk lamp and chair. Portable heater and ceiling fan. On the other hand, community and water expenses are included in the price. However, electricity, Wi-Fi and Internet registry and installation expenses are paid as an extra and divided among all the tenants. The flat is on a 7th floor, and is very spacious and bright. The building has elevator. It has 4 single rooms and one double room. One of the single rooms and the double room have a private bathroom. The other bathroom is shared by the students of the other three rooms. It has a spacious living room with a balcony with amazing views to the city, TV and air conditioning/heating unit. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge, microwave and oven. Placed 5 minutes away from the train and bus stations with direct connections to Rabanales Campus. 8 minutes walk from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters. 20 minutes walk from the Faculty of Law. 2 minutes away from Tendillas Square. 1 minute away from the m(hidden)us stops. 5 minutes away from Ciudad Jardín. Situated in the city center, only a few meters away from the main pedestrian streets and shopping areas of Córdoba, like the Avenida del Gran Capitán, characterized by its terraces, pubs, bars and shops, El Corte Inglés, the most important department stores in Spain, and the Cruz Conde street, a pedestrian street with plenty of shops that connects Avenida de Ronda de los Tejares with the beautiful Tendillas Square, the neuralgic center of Córdoba, one of the meeting points for young people. In less than 5 minutes walking is possible to get to the Jewish Quarter, the Cathedral, and other historical (hidden) like Santa Marina, San Andrés, San Lorenzo and the Corredera Square, one of the major meetings points for the locals because it has plenty of bars and terraces to eat tapas. From the city center it is possible to move easily around the city because you can get any bus line.
