Rental Condition BILLS ARE EXCLUDED (AROUND 350-400 PER MONTH, DEPENDING ON YOUR CONSUMPTION) Please, note that monthly rates adjust accordingly to seasonal variations. Therefore, each month has a different monthly rate. In order for you to have a complete price overview, please refer to all the payments planned for your stay.
