The apartment is ideal for two students, it is located nearby (2 minutes walk) bar, supermarkets, bus stops etc. The apartment is in Zona Le Cure, 5 minutes from Le Cure square and a 15-minute walking from the historic center, also well served by frequent buses. The apartment is available from August 5, 2023. Minimum transitional contract for 6 months. Each room is 600 euro or whole apartment for 1.200 euro. Utilities are not included in the monthly cost. Electricity and gas (hot water, cooking, light) are in the same bill whose average cost is 100 euro every 2 months. Water: 2 months bill around 80 euro. Waste tax 13 euro per month.
