Please note that you have to be between 18 and 35 years old when booking this offer and that the security deposit and admin fee have to be paid shortly after your booking got accepted and before the move-in. Move-ins are done*ONLY* during weekdays! So, you always have to cancel the contract with us the latest 3 months prior to them moving out. Contract can always be terminated on the 15th or end of the month, except December where move out is only possible at the end of the month. Please note that 2 business days are needed to confirm the booking, sign the contract and transfer advanced payments. The pictures are representative only.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
