Please note that the security deposit and admin fee have to be paid shortly after your booking got accepted and before the move-in. Also, you always have to cancel the contract directly with the landlord the latest 3 months prior to moving out. The rental-period can only be terminated on end of the month. Please note that up to two business-days are needed to confirm the booking, sign the contract and transfer advanced payments. The pictures are representative only. The security deposit is 2.000 EUR. The Rundfunkbeitrag official fee for broadcasting/tv is like a tax from the gouverment, it is not included in the rent.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
