The building is located south of the old town and about a 15-minute walk from Jakominiplatz. The following points are nearby: • Tram stop right outside the front door • Technical University about 15 minutes walk • Park about 5 minutes walk • University of Graz approx. 15 minutes by bike !! IMPORTANT !!
