Es verfügt über bequemes king size Boxspringbett (1,80m x 2m), einen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen und eine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kochfeld, Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine. Das Badezimmer hat eine dusche. Ein schöner Balkon gehört auch zur Wohnung. Fön, Handtücher und Bettzeug sind vorhanden. Ein Fernseher und kostenloses Wlan stehen auch zur Verfügung. Auf Wunsch ist ein wöchentlicher Putz-, Handtuch- und Bettwäscheservice für € 66,00 pro Woche möglich. Das Haus liegt im Pantaleonsviertel, ruhig aber sehr zentral. In der ganzen Kölner Innenstadt ist das Parken kostenpflichtig und auf wenige Stunden beschränkt. On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 66.00 per week possible. The building is situated in the Pantaleon Neighborhood, quiet but right in the center of Cologne.
