There is a dining table and a separate kitchen with refrigerator, hob, oven, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a nice couch where you can relax.The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. Hair dryer, towels and linings for the bed are available. Two nice terraces are also for you to enjoy! A TV and free WiFi are also available. A weekly cleaning, towel and bed linen service is available on request for € 78,00 per week. City-Tax: since 01.12.2014 the city of Cologne charges a culture promotion tax (bed tax) of 5% of the rent. We have been obliged by the city of Cologne to collect this tax from our guests with a private stay.
