This very elegant mini apartment is super close to the river, precisely located in the Jewish district! The studio apartment is equipped with a double bed and an armchair bed. The place is composed of: a common hallway with the other mini apartment, hallway, an open space (living area) with a kitchen annex and a bed area, private bathroom. There is a service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. The Lessors offer hand-sanitisers and disinfectants, home sanitisers, gloves, anti-smog masks, surgery masks. The Lessor offers as well board games and flexible contracts of lease. There is a very good internet WiFi connection in the apartment (good and stable broadband connection and unlimited data transmission). The double bed is new and very comfortable (the size of the mattress is 140×200 cm). There is NO elevator in the building. The bills are not included in the price of the monthly rent.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
