The bed is a double size with a comfortable mattress. The place can host up to 2 people (perfect for a couple or a single). The apartment is around 24 m2. There is a service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants (upon previous request). The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. The apartment is on the second floor (1st staircase, no elevator). This apartment provides an accommodation between the Old Town and the Jewish quarter of Krakow, within a close walking distance of Wawel Royal Castle and Vistula River. This studio apartment is on the road that connects Jewish district and "Stary Miasto", so it gives you the opportunity to explore the coolest areas in the city simply on foot. In Stradomska, one of Krakow's most trendy streets, in the winters you can sip your coffee and watch the snowflakes from your apartment, while in summer you can cycle outside and stroll by the river. You can find everything you need in the apartment. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV, a double bed, a washing machine, and a private bathroom. The tenants can rent the drums (brand Tama).

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
