The studio Studio with single bed, study desk, wardrobe, Wi-Fi and kitchen pack, bathroom pack, bedroom pack. Private en-suite bathroom and kitchenette in the studio, equipped with microwave, mini fridge and a sink. The studio is equipped with furniture to live and study, including bed linen. The rent includes all expenses with electricity, water and gas, as well as weekly cleaning and internet access through Wi-fi. It also includes access to all common areas, and use of all equipment available in those areas. Our residence offers you an all-inclusive service, a weekly cleaning service and common areas to either study or meet new people. We aim to create a memorable “living abroad” experience. Our residence is much more than just rooms, it is the place to meet new friends and build lasting relationships. We are located near universities and one step away from many interesting spots, so you can live the city like a local. As soon as you are settled into your accommodation in one of our rooms, you’ll be able to enjoy many offers and discounts in gyms, health care, and many other service providers that we partner with. We want your journey of studying in Lisbon to be memorable and hassle free. Please note: Pets, smoking, overnight guests and parties/raves are not allowed. Conditions Please note that the duration of the contract is always 5, 6 or 11-12 months (1 semester, 2 semesters or the entire academic year). The monthly rent depends on the duration of your stay: - 5 months for the 1st semester - from 1st September to 31st January: 685€ per month - 6 months for the 2nd semester - from 1st February to 31st July: 665€ per month - 11 months for the full academic year - from 1st September to 31st July: 650€ per month - 12 months for the full academic year - from 1st September to 31st August: 620€ per month Right after your booking on Housing Anywhere, you will be required to pay the deposit (equals one month rent) as well as an additional month rent (the last month of your stay). At the end of your stay, the deposit will be refunded to you except in case of dammages in the room. Please note that Housing Anwyhere is an online booking platform. Therefore it is not possible to view the room or to communicate or pay outside the website before you completed your booking on Housing Anywhere. Therefore any user sending us contact details or trying to communicate outside the platform will be reported to Housing Anywhere and will not be considered as a potential tenant.
