Living room and kitchen The light-filled day area has a small balcony and charms the guests with its relaxing, soothing atmosphere thanks to the refined use of the lights and the color palette. It’s painted in pink and white and comes with pastel furniture featuring red and fuchsia details. There is also a single gray sofa bed and both a small black table and a larger one (here you can have your lunches and dinners). In the spacious kitchen you find cream-colored items well balanced by green details. It’s provided with all appliances to prepare your favourite meals to be enjoyed at the elegant table. Bedrooms The apartment comes with two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and a big wardrobe; it features a brown wall and chestnut furniture for a welcoming vibe. The second bedroom is provided with a useful desk and a wardrobe bridging unit with a bunk bed. Bathroom The bathroom comes with white tiles and a functional shower stall. Tax excluded from the price: For stays of 30 nights or longer, during the check-in, a short term tenancy agreement will be stipulated. In order to properly register the contract, the payment of a stamp duty (equal to 32€) and a registration tax (equal to 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67€) will be needed - only half of this amount will be paid by the guest. There are exemptions in case of application of the tax withholding (cedolare secca) fiscal regime. During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: (hidden)). Security deposit We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 72 working hours from day of departure. Check-in time The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. - 30€. Final Cleaning Service You may have to pay a fine starting from €30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean (hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash); dispose of trash properly. Utilities The utilities are included up to a maximum daily amount in order to respect the environment. Rules Smoke is forbidden even with open windows. Electronic cigarettes are not allowed as well.
