Utilities amount to 210.00 euros per month. For the months of June, July and August, utilities are set at 260 euros. For stays up to 6 months a deposit of 1 month is required, for stays longer than 6 months the deposit is equal to 2 months rent. Check-in hours to be arranged with the hotelier, available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Administrative fee refers to the conclusion and registration of the contract. An Italian tax code is required to register the contract. Beautiful apartment with large independent kitchen, large living room and 3 beds. Quite large terrace. Very close to IULM. CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
