Local Transport The area where the apartment is located is well connected to the city’s primary points of interest. It is just a short walk from the Porta Genova underground station (green line - MM2), from which you can also easily reach the Central Station (green line - MM2/yellow line - MM3) and Cadorna railway station (green line - MM2/red line - MM1) by the MM2 line. Within 250 meters, you can also find stops for trams 2, 9, 10 and 14 and 27, as well as buses 74 and 325. Interior Description The apartment, recently renovated, is located on the first floor, overlooking the internal courtyard and is particularly quiet. Upon entering we find the living area with a table for 4 people, a 24-inch TV and a French sofa bed. From the living room there is access to a large balcony overlooking the external courtyard set up with a table and two chairs. The open kitchen is complete with an induction hob, coffee machine, traditional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. Then we have the bedroom with a double bed, a 4-door wardrobe and a bedside table with a lamp. The apartment is completed by the bathroom with a large shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and an ultra-fast internet connection. The flooring is parquet, there are mosquito nets and the shutters are electrically controlled.
