Important Payment & Fees Information Rent is charged every 4 weeks, not monthly. The price shown on HousingAnywhere covers 4 weeks only, so an additional amount may be required to align with monthly payments. For stays longer than 8 weeks: First 4-week prepayment via HousingAnywhere. The housing provider will charge: Every 4 weeks (credit card required) Final cleaning (€150) Deposit (€200) City tax (€63) before check-in. For stays shorter than 8 weeks: First 4-week prepayment via HousingAnywhere. Any remaining balance for up to 4 weeks will be charged separately by the housing provider.
