This Room is small—5 m! But you have a chill-out room to use as well! I believe having a desk and chair makes it feel even smaller! So we can remove them and put them in the cellar! You still have plenty of space to put things away. For example, in the hallway, there’s a room to store your shoes, you can put your suitcases in the cellar, and a big pantry shelf to store your food. The accommodation is available for a one to two-semester master's student, preferably a male nerd, as a tenant. The perfect atmosphere for a short-term stay of up to six months, with occasional exceptions for up to one year. The location is unbeatable, with a three-minute walk to the underground, a six-minute walk to the S-Bahn shopping center, and a six-minute walk to the central train station (HBF). The location is a fabulous neighborhood! While I made an honest mistake in not measuring the room properly. I can tell you it's SMALL but full of charm and warmth. I believe if I remove the desk and chair, it may look bigger! The good news is, after 6 PM, you’ll have access to a beautiful shared living room (the "Blue Room") with a piano, plants, and great energy – perfect for unwinding or catching up on videos. You'll also enjoy near-exclusive use of the WC, as most clients only use it to wash their hands. Plus, you're just a 3.5-minute walk from the underground, 6 minutes from the S-Bahn, with shopping only 4 minutes away. Ideal for those who value comfort and convenience! Again... the Room Size is 5m + Use of Blue Room ( Room size Blue Room approximately 20 m Evenings or when not in use!) So you are renting a sleeping room and chill out room! (1.5 rooms) For a short term stay it’s ok! My home has great energy, no drama, and is in an excellent location! I prefer tenants who are out during the day! As I work from home. If you are a hobby musician, that would be a plus! Please note: No racists and NO Trump supporters, and Also... You must agree to sit down while urinating. PLEASE Do not ask me if your GF can stay the weekend it’s a single bed and mattress, for one!
