Accommodation details: The modern island suite is located in one of the luxurious Hafengold island houses, which are in the first row to the water/harbor basin. From each of the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy a view of the private gardens or the side of the harbor basin. Entirely in the manner of a modern industrial/loft style, the light-filled accommodation, with a total of approximately 50 m2 of living space and an additional 20 m2 of loggia, has an open floor plan: Living, working, sleeping, as well as the modern cooking and dining area flow into each other. As a separate room, there is a small, high-quality equipped shower room with floor-deep walk-in wellness shower. A practical storage room is also separated from the open living room and offers, in addition to a large built-in closet in the entrance area, additional storage space. One extra room is divided into a cozy bedroom with a functional study corner and separate dressing room, as well as a spacious and high-quality daylight bathroom. A washing machine is also located here for your own use. The stylish kitchen area consists of a spacious kitchenette and a modern island block with seating counter. Here you can enjoy your meal or drinks on comfortable bar chairs. Ein Tiefgaragenplatz, der sich direkt unter dem Inselhaus befindet und von dem aus du mit dem Fahrstuhl direkt zur Unterkunft gelangst, kann nach vorheriger Absprache dazu gemietet werden.
