The hallway also provides access to two bedrooms (railroad style, one leading to the other): master bedroom with double bed, small desk and a large closet, and the second bedroom is ideal for children with a raised bed and 2 armchairs - beds extra. There is also a dresser for storage. Agency fees The agency fees charged are calculated as follows (including V.A.T) : – Lease of 3 to 6 months, the agent shall be paid 75% (incl. VAT) of the amount of one month’s rent. – Lease of more than 6 months and one day, the agent shall be paid the sum corresponding to the amount of one month’s rent (incl. VAT). - 10% discount for students Renter's insurance Also, by French law you are required to subscribe to renter's insurance. We can provide a link if necessary. We further ask for an insurance covering unpaid rent, like garantme.
